Chef Ridzuan

Executive Chef · 25+ Years Experience

Chef Ridzuan began his culinary journey in the early '90s as a butcher. His passion for food led him through multiple senior positions across cafes, restaurants, and 5-Star hotels. Today he brings that depth of hospitality-trained culinary discipline to Muhibbah F&B's corporate food service operations.

Chef Bala

Culinary Lead · FIM Graduate

Chef Bala started as a part-time pizza maker at Domino's during secondary school. After graduating from the Food Institute of Malaysia, his career took him through premier hotels and chain restaurants — most notably scaling Kluang Station from its first outlet to 25 outlets nationwide as their main culinary lead.
