Our Services
Outsourced food service for Malaysian workplaces — six paths, one operator
Whether you run a 1,500-person semiconductor fab in Kulim, a corporate HQ in KL Sentral, or a 24-hour theme park in Genting — the right setup depends on three things: how many people you feed, how often, and where. We operate all six configurations below across 8 Malaysian states.
Which service fits your operation?
A 30-second self-qualifier. Three questions — headcount, frequency, setting — and you'll land on the right service page with realistic minimums and pricing notes.
Daily meals — Mon to Fri (or Sat / multi-shift)
Recurring staff meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper. The most common ask in Malaysia.
100+ at one location
Office / corporate setting
White-collar, regular hours, single shift.
Factory / production plant
Multi-shift, 500–2,000 pax per shift, possibly RBA/CSER scope.
Hotel / resort / theme park
Heart-of-house dining for staff — separate from guest F&B.
Smaller HQ, training centre, or branch site
A full on-site cafeteria isn't cost-effective — but you still want consistent halal meals.
One-off / event catering
Town halls, product launches, annual dinners, Hari Raya / CNY / Deepavali, ground-breakings.
Coffee, tea & light snacks only
Pantry-style — no full meal service.
Still unsure? The truth is most operations are hybrids — e.g. a corporate cafeteria + occasional event catering, or a factory canteen with a coffee bar in the management block. We scope all of it during a single free site assessment.
Service comparison at a glance
A side-by-side cheat sheet for HR, admin, and procurement teams. Numbers are typical Malaysian-market ranges based on our active deployments — not theoretical maxima.

What makes Malaysian workplace food service different
Procurement frameworks designed in the US, EU, or even Singapore don't map cleanly to Malaysian operations. The four facts below shape every proposal we write.
Fact 01
Halal isn't optional — it's the floor
Approximately 65% of Malaysia's workforce is Muslim. JAKIM-certified halal lets you feed Malay, Chinese, and Indian colleagues from the same buffet line without anyone opting out. Operators who advertise "halal-friendly" without certification are not legally halal — and your audit committee will know.
Fact 02
Subsidised meals are the Malaysian norm
Most Malaysian employers subsidise staff meals at RM 5–12 per meal, with the employee paying the balance (often RM 1–3). LHDN treats reasonable meal subsidies at the workplace as a tax-deductible benefit, not BIK. See our staff meal subsidy guide for the structuring options.
Fact 03
RBA / CSER compliance is its own scope
Semiconductor, E&E, and electronics manufacturers in Penang, Kulim, Selangor, and Melaka audit their canteens against the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct. We hold full RBA / CSER documentation — wage records, working-hour logs, grievance procedures, and supplier audit trails — ready for a customer audit on 48 hours' notice.
Fact 04
Multi-shift means real 24/7 — not "extended hours"
Malaysian factories run genuine 3-shift production. A canteen has to serve hot breakfast at 06:00, lunch at noon, supper at 23:00, and a midnight crossover meal — every day, halal-compliant, on a single kitchen footprint. We design menu rotations and crew schedules around that reality, not around white-collar office hours.
